A 10-story luxury residential and retail building.

An 18-acre farm to fork concept by the founder of the local barbeque chain, 4Rivers. This campus is part of the larger Packing District in Orlando, Florida and was the reconceptualization of an urban farm which included various programs such as a market, events center, learning center, cooking cottages, restaurant, and farm. The overall master plan was inspired by the Seed of Life, a sacred geometric form that symbolizes interconnectedness, growth and the life force, chi. This unique project was a representation of the art of placemaking in an agricultural setting.
